The vision of Woof To Wow
Driven by passion, Desiree plans to create a dog training utopia unlike anything in central Oregon. A place where so much can be offered; pawsibilities like dog day school and boarding, group classes, safe off-leash training, dog swimming/diving pools, agility training, scent work training, and a large rentable fenced area where other trainers can work with clients or where reactive/fearful dogs can be off-leash free from seeing or encountering other dogs and people.
In January 2022 the expansive 7 acre farm was purchased to begin making that dream a reality. Contact us to learn more about what has been created so far and what is next to come!
Meet the Trainers
Desireé
Seay
Desireé, owner of Woof To Wow, is a certified dog trainer and has been working in the field for over 10 years with a focus on positive reinforcement training. And after working and managing at various dog care and training facilities, Desireé decided to open her own business to create an ideal place for dogs to play and learn in a safe and fun manner while utilizing her education and experience as a dog trainer; thus Woof To Wow was born. Driven by passion, Desireé is committed to creating a higher standard for dog care and training that focuses on the dog’s well-being in all aspects. She believes in creating a village of like-minded dog parents and trainers that can help and support one another while also improving human to canine relationships.
Jeanne
Jeanne has some experience with training dog’s by undergoing training for her own dogs; however, she has decided to pursue her aspirations of becoming a professional dog trainer by starting as an apprentice trainer under Desireé’s teachings and will soon be enrolling in a dog training academy to further her knowledge and certifications. Jeanne has been focusing on learning canine body language and has a keen eye that is able to spot even the slightest shifts in a dog’s emotional state. Her mothering kindness and gentle spirit generates a warm and safe energy that the dogs under her care strive to get more of. Jeanne’s aptitude for dog training was obvious from the start and Woof To Wow is excited to watch her grow into an amazing trainer and to have her as part of the family.
Cheyanne
Cheyanne has a history training and working with horses, now she is using those skills to work with dogs and understand how they think and learn! More bout her to come! …
Keith
Keith many years of experience of managing a vet hospital, a grooming shop where he also groomed dogs and cats, and he operated his own successful pet sitting business in California. After settling in Bend, in 2020 he began to expand his canine knowledge and experience by apprenticing at Woof To Wow to become a dog trainer. During his time at Woof To Wow, Keith has also undergone schooling through Catch Training Academy and assists another training facility in the area. When Keith is not busy training at Woof To Wow, he also runs his new pet care business which offers pet sitting, dog walking, dog training and more, all while utilizing positive based training techniques. Many of our told fearful pups quickly love and bond to this patient and gentle man and Woof To Wow is grateful for his addition to our team.
